My beloved,

Today the Lord is going to bless us with peace since we have lost peace due to sin. One of the most important things we need in the today's world and in personal life is peace. Many people who come to meet me during prayer meetings and request to pray for peace in their family. Yes, we see fights, strain in the relationship and lack of peace in the families. We read in the Bible, “punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed” (Isaiah 53:5).

What are the things that deprive us of peace? It is sin that cause lack of peace in our lives. We read in the Bible about a woman who led a sinful life. She came seeking the Lord. She repented of her sin, wept bitterly and asked for forgiveness from the Lord. She fell down at the feet of the Lord and apologized. She began to wet his feet with her tears. Then she wiped them with her hair, kissed them and poured perfume on them. Jesus said to the woman, “Your faith has saved you; go in peace.” (Luke 7: 37-50) She had sinned and lived with the guilt. She knew that the Lord Jesus Christ would forgive her sins and purify her heart. Hence, she did not want to feel guilty anymore, so she came to the Lord with the desire to become holy. Jesus saw her faith and said to her, “Your faith has saved you; go in peace”.
A most beautiful woman from Finland took part in a beauty contest. She was chosen as ‘Miss Finland’. She was very proud since she was the most beautiful women in her country. She spent her time in entertainment and luxurious lifestyle. One day she had happened to go to a spiritual meeting. On hearing the gospel she wept bitterly and started to repent for her sinful life. She cried out loud screaming, "My mind is full of worldly things, I did not live for the Lord, who gave His life to save me." The Lord forgave her sins and she became a new creation.

Today, let us examine our lives. Are you holy? Is your heart clean? If you are unholy, confess your sins to the Lord and repent. The Bible says, “Whoever conceals their sins does not prosper, but the one who confesses and renounces them finds mercy.”(Proverbs 28:13). Let not your hearts be troubled without peace. The Lord says, “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you.” (John 14:27). If you lose your peace by the burden of sin, confess your sin with tears to the Lord Jesus, who can deliver you. He has promised to give you His peace. He will cleanse you with His blood and sanctify you and make you as His child. God bless you!
Loving Heavenly Father,
Lord, I don’t want to hide my sins from you, but confess them to You. Please cleanse me with your precious blood. You are the Prince of peace. Fill me with your divine peace. I surrender myself in Your loving hands. I believe that there is life and power in Your blood.
In Jesus' priceless name, I pray.
