Give and Receive

Sis. Stella Dhinakaran
25 Nov
My precious child, I greet you in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Today, we are going to meditate on Proverbs 19:17. This verse says, “He will reward them for what they have done.” Who are this “them and they”? It denotes the people who have pity on the poor!

Today, God has given us SEESHA. This is a ministry through which we help the poor. Thousands of poor people are blessed through this SEESHA Ministry. You are helping us and through your sacrificial funds, we are able to help so many people who are extremely poor. God is watching you when you give your sacrificial offerings. Other people may not be aware, but God is watching you. If you read Proverbs 15:3, it says “The eyes of the Lord are everywhere.” Without anybody’s knowledge, give your funds to the poor people and your tithe to the poor ministers of God.
My husband was very careful to give his tithe to the poor pastors and that is why God blessed him with the best job in the State Bank of India and elevated him to the highest position. Therefore, give your funds and support to the poor people through the SEESHA Ministry. Recently, a poor couple from Pondicherry came and gave their tithe. Surely, God will bless such people in a marvelous way. Psalm 41:1 says “Blessed is the one who cares for the poor; the LORD will deliver him in the day of trouble.” Give your best to the poor people through the SEESHA ministry. God will give it back to you in double measure. In manifold ways, God will bless you abundantly. Pray to God to give you that grace and generous mind.
Prayer:
My loving Heavenly Father,

Thank You for talking to me today and showing how mindful You are of the poor and needy. Lord, help me to have a close walk with You and give me the grace to help the poor. Bless me so that I can support my own relatives who are in poverty. Help me to be a generous person.

In Jesus’ name, I pray, Amen.
