A crown of splendour in the Lord’s hand

Dearly beloved, are you worried that you are not paid well in your work? Is your family troubled, running through financial crisis?  Don’t worry for you will receive blessings from this very day! God has promised us “Because he loves me,” says the Lord, “I will rescue him; I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name. He will call on me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him (Psalm 91:14, 15).”  The Lord will make you the head and not the tail (Deuteronomy 28:13). He will surely make you the one who lends to the needy. The Lord promises that even when you walk through troubles, He will be with you (Isaiah 43:2). Who more do we need in this world when our Lord is with us? This is the honour that Lord blesses us with.
We read what the Lord says to Jeremiah “Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know” (Jeremiah 33:3). Therefore, we are not going to brood over our problems, instead we are going to profess that our Lord is doing great and mighty things in our lives. God blessed our family in this manner. My father Dr. D.G.S. Dhinakaran began this ministry when he was an ordinary man who was in poverty. There were times when he used to wear torn clothes to work. My mother would stitch his clothes and wash them for him. It was in such a state of poverty we began this ministry. When we look back those years, we are filled with thankfulness to our Lord. God has blessed generations through him. God has blessed us individually and in the path of ministry as well. Prophet Jeremiah writes that as “the Lord is with me like a mighty warrior” (Jeremiah 20:11).
Dearly beloved, let us look at our Lord who is the mighty warrior and pray to Him. When the Lord is with us nothing such as illness, death, poverty or sorrow would harm us. Let us keep the Lord as our crown of glory. The nations will see your vindication, and all kings your glory; you will be called by a new name that the mouth of the Lord will bestow. You will be a crown of splendor in the LORD's hand, a royal diadem in the hand of your God (Isa.62;2,3).  The world will look at you with amazement, saying “he/she was worthless but now living as king / queen.” Our Lord wishes us to inherit such blessings from His throne. We are not ordinary people. We are the children of the King of kings. He would definitely not let His children to suffer. He will surely lift you up to be a royal diadem in His hands.
Prayer:
Our Loving heavenly Father, take away the poverty from my life and fill me with you greatness. Satisfy me with Your abundance of joy. Help me to meditate on Your word and spend more time in Your presence. Lord, deliver me from trouble.  Father, give me the grace to be a crown of splendor, a royal diadem in Your hand. In Jesus’ name I ask and pray, Amen
